A couple of years back, myself and my good friend Clare decided to start a book group. We got a few more people on board (hi Lee, Paddy and Pete!), established ourselves at the Cumberland Arms, quarreled about what to call ourselves, what to read and whose round it was. We’ve had a few line up changes since then (hi Ann, Ciara, Nicky, Martin, Dan and sometimes Seth) and most importantly read lots of BOOKS. I’ve been keeping track of what we thought about the books – bookclubbers please add comments if you think I missed out something vital or just missed the point!
